For my final assessment, I have chosen the theme horror. I have chosen this theme as I feel it allows me to incorporate a large range of SFX techniques in to my design, allowing me to showcase the skills I have acquired while working through this unit. Furthermore, I wanted to explore this genre within my work as I haven’t done so to date, but have created looks for a Fantasy theme, during my final assessment of my first year of study. Additionally, I chose against high fashion as I don’t feel I would be able to include as many SFX techniques into a design for this theme, and I would like to use this assessment to showcase some of my strongest SFX skills.
